Thirdhand Vintage offers the following delivery methods:
Shipping in DK:
DAO Packing Shop – Delivered Package To The Nearest Package Store – From kr. 33,00
GLS Packing Shop – Delivered Package To The Nearest Package Store – From kr. 43,00.
For orders exceeding kr. 350,00 there is free shipping in Denmark and the package will be delivered to the nearest package store.
Shipping outside DK:
Thirdhand Vintage supplies to selected countries in the EU. The packages are shipped with GLS. Prices start from kr. 100,00. Shipping 3-8 business days.
To countries outside the EU. Please send us an email. Shipping 5-20 business days.
Customs charges: Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties. Thirdhand Vintage has no control over this and all charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
All delivery prices are based on weight.
We ship all packages with a track & trace number, so your package can always be tracked.
Delivery time is usually 2-5 weekdays. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, contact Thirdhand Vintage, so we can help locate the package.
Should you receive a damaged package, you should take a picture of the package before opening it. Then check its contents and take pictures of any damaged items. Then contact Thirdhand Vintage for further investigation.
In case the package has been opened, you should refuse to receive the package. If you receive the package and notice that it has been open afterwards, you should take a picture immediately and contact Thirdhand Vintage. When you contact us.
Should delays occur with DAO or GLS, Thirdhand Vintage may not be held responsible.
Thirdhand Vintage is not responsible for goods damaged during transport. However, we guarantee that we always pack the goods properly, so there is a minimum risk of shipping damage.
Thirdhand Vintage always wants a good dialogue with the customer so that we can find a solution that suits you.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at www.thirdhandvintage.com you are welcome to return the item to us.
You have 14 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should send us a returnmail to firstname.lastname@example.org – Ship to the above address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over kr. 500,00 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
