THIRDHAND SUPPLIES WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. The packages are shipped with THE DANISH NATIONAL POST (POSTNORD) UNTIL IT REACHES THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION, WHERE IT WILL BE HANDLED BY THE LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE. PRICES START FROM KR. 145,00 AND RANGES TO KR. 275,00. SHIPPING 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

DELIVERY

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME IS USUALLY 2-5 WEEKDAYS. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, CONTACT THIRDHAND, SO WE CAN HELP LOCATE THE PACKAGE.

SHOULD YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PACKAGE BEFORE OPENING IT. THEN CHECK ITS CONTENTS AND TAKE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS. THEN CONTACT THIRDHAND FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION.

IN CASE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN OPENED, YOU SHOULD REFUSE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. IF YOU RECEIVE THE PACKAGE AND NOTICE THAT IT HAS BEEN OPEN AFTERWARDS, YOU SHOULD TAKE A PICTURE IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT THIRDHAND.

Thirdhand offers a 14 days return policy, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it. please note that if you selected a parcelshop for delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the dat it was delivered to this pick-up point.
IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITH MISSING SALES TAGS OR HAS BEEN USED IN ANY WAYS, OTHER THAN TRYING IT OUT, THE RIGHT TO RETURN WILL CEASE.

BEFORE RETURNING, SEND AN EMAIL TO HELLO@THIRDHANDVINTAGE.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHACE. PLEASE STATE YOUR ORDERNUMBER, item AND THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
THIRDHAND CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF THE SHIPMENT DISAPPEARS DURING A RETURN. IN THIS CASE, INQUIRIES MUST MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE RESPONSIBLE POSTAL SERVICE. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.
IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN.
